Adoption Thesis Compilation

Hello everyone, I've made a Google doc compilation of adoption-related theses and dissertations, that you can find at the link below. All links included are to academic repositories, unless the author gave me permission to post a cloud storage link. Some theses have accessibility restrictions, but I have made an effort to include primarily open access theses. If anyone has a thesis they would like to add to the compilation, there is a Google Form included in the document for submissions.

This resource can be extremely helpful for anyone looking to do adoption research themselves or for those who simply are interested in reading about academic adoption research. Many of the theses include multiple references to other publications that people may find interesting and/or helpful.

Replacing Chinese Intercountry Adoption Documents

Hello everyone! I made a guide for Chinese adoptees on how to replace intercountry adoption documents for those whose documents have been lost, stolen, destroyed or deliberately withheld. The guide is meant to be a resource and a starting point for adoptees on how to navigate the stressful and costly process. Currently, the guide only specifically addresses Canada and the USA, but I am hoping to include more countries in the future. While the document is specific to Chinese adoptees, some information is also applicable to adoptees from other countries.

I have also created a Google Form for adoptees (or adoptive relatives) to anonymously submit their experiences with replacing adoption documents, with the goal of improving the guide. I would really appreciate input from anyone with first-hand experience, as I, personally, have not gone through that experience.
