IKAA’s Mission:  To connect, support, and advocate for the global Korean adoptee community.

The mission of Also-Known-As is to build a community that empowers the voices of adult international adoptees, while providing resources and space to acknowledge the loss of birth country, culture, language, and biological family.

The Asian Adoptees of Canada is dedicated to connecting, supporting, and empowering Asian adoptees across Canada. We do so by creating a community for adoptees to connect, learn, and share amongst a group of peers so that they can see themselves reflected amongst others who understand the experience as trans-racial, international adoptees. We’re dedicated to providing these opportunities for adoptees across Canada and have both in-person and online events.

Asian Adult Adoptees of Washington (AAAW) strives to enable adoptees to connect, share their stories and perspectives with each other, empower adoptees to explore their adoptee identity, serve as a resource for adoptees, and support adoptees wherever they are in their journey.

Adoptee of South America & Extended Latin America - We are a peer centered group for adult adoptees from various regions of South America & Extended Latin Americas. Our mission is to provide adoptees with a space for connection, support and encouragement in any step of their journeys. 

AKF is a politically and religiously independent association for adoptees from Korea. AKF strives to meet the interest of Korea and Korean culture, while supporting international cooperation between Koreans.

Our mission is to: Connect and support Chinese adoptees, adoptive parents, and families formed through adoption from China; Empower adoptees to explore their unique identities, race, and Chinese heritage, and empower families to understand and support them; Educate about adoptee experiences, parenting adoptees, and issues related to adoption and the Asian diaspora; Advocate for adoptees and adoption communities.

Created by adoptees for adoptees, IAMAdoptee seeks to curate an online community of mental health and wellness resources to help navigate the lived experience of being an intercountry adopted person.

KAAN -To enrich the lives of Korean-born adoptees and transracial adoptees, and their families, by connecting the community through dialogue, education, and support.

KAB is a non-profit organization in Belgium. KAB aims to promote contacts and friendship between the Belgian and Korean peoples and also to offer support in order to help adoptees of Korean origin to begin the process of finding their birth family.

Korea Klubben is a community that can offer everyone who has an interest in Korea to join us. It's only adoptees (as it is for now) that can up tain a full memberships and wote at the general meeting.

KATCH - We create community and cultivate connections for adoptees in Chicagoland and the Midwest.

KAD - Our mission is to create a supportive and connected community for Korean adoptees in Germany. Through supra-regional events and local get-togethers, we would like to strengthen our network, which enables exchanges about our own adoption and at the same time offers a platform for personal encounters. We strive to strengthen the visibility of adoptees in Germany towards Korean government organizations and associations in order to build a sustainable connection.

Racines coréennes”, is a French association of adoptees of Korean origin, was created in February 1995.

Racines coréennes aims to encourage meetings and exchanges between Koreans adopted in France, and to promote socio-cultural exchanges between French and Koreans mainly, without excluding other nationalities, everybody is welcome. It is a non-profit association, without political, religious or ideological leanings.

Soft Gong - We are artists and researchers who share a common identity: being adopted from China to Quebec (Canada). Through this collective, we wish to build a socio-cultural bridge between our adopted land, Quebec, and our country of origin, China.

Founded in 2014, KAIAN aims to connect adult Korean adoptees in Australia with each other, the international Korean adoptee network, and broader Korean Australian community.

CCI - Founded in 2011, China's Children International (CCI) is one of the first international support, networking, and community organizations created by and for Chinese adoptees. In 2020, CCI incorporated in the United States as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and connecting adult Chinese adoptees from around the world.

Adoptees for Justice’s Mission: To educate, empower, and organize transracial and transnational adoptee communities to achieve just and humane adoption, immigration, and restorative justice systems.
